Our pig skin is specifically prepped for use in the kitchen.  It is cleaned and trimmed ready for cooking. Each piece is approximately 50cm by 20cm, allowing for a variety of uses & recipes options.

All our skins are taken from pigs under 12 months of age and frozen within 24 hrs of slaughter. Each piece is individually vacuum packed and frozen.
